The Digital Impact Manager - Digital Transformation Strategy Coordinator (Dx Coordinator) will coordinate, track, and accelerate delivery of the Digital Transformation Strategy. Reporting to the Chief of Operations, the role is responsible for coordinating and driving the implementation of the DX Strategy in alignment with UNICEF’s strategic goals, ensuring coherent execution across all transformation areas. The post supports the development and monitoring of impact metrics aligned with UNICEF’s Integrated Results and Accountability Frameworks, tracks progress, risks, dependencies, KPIs, and orchestrates DX action plans. It also promotes organization-wide ownership of the DX Strategy by engaging divisions, regional and country offices, and enables strong cross‑organizational collaboration. The role also supports clear, consistent articulation of the Digital Transformation Strategy to internal and external stakeholders, translating complex digital and AI‑related concepts into actionable guidance for leadership, divisions, and partners.

The scaling pathway is a structured approach that outlines the steps, strategies, and choices for expanding a proven innovation so it can reach a larger population and achieve sustainable impact over time.
