The consultancy will contribute to these programmatic objectives by leading the activation and operationalization of the platform, specifically by: -Activating and operationalizing the ASK Health platform, including SMS, VR messaging, and interactive website features to connect users to essential health services. -Curating and managing gender-sensitive content on child health, nutrition, and related topics to empower caregivers and promote positive health behaviors. -Establishing two-way engagement and data-driven decision-making, through call centers, family support groups, online feedback channels, and real-time analytics to inform outreach and support frontline health workers.

UNICEF is establishing a Roster of National Loss and Damage Consultants. The roster will play a central role in supporting the CoE’s Global Policy Team during its inception phase by providing specialized technical support to UNICEF Country Offices and government counterparts in developing project-based funding requests and related technical assistance submissions under the Fund for responding to Loss and Damage (FRLD), established under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and Paris Agreement, and in full compliance with the Barbados Implementation Modalities (BIM). The consultant will ensure that all proposed activities are pre-defined, pre-assessed, and implementation-ready, meeting BIM requirements and donor standards.
