UNICEF Serbia Private Sector Fundraising and Partnerships (PSFR) section is implementing an ambitious Private Sector Plan (PSP) 2026–2029 aimed at sustaining UNICEF’s leading position in mobilizing private sector income and partnerships for children.

To support fundraising campaigns, donor engagement activities and private sector partnerships, UNICEF Serbia seeks a qualified Graphic and Web Design Consultant to provide creative and technical design support. The consultant will contribute to the development of high-quality visual communication materials, digital assets, fundraising landing pages and campaign-related content that will strengthen public engagement and support resource mobilization efforts for children in Serbia.

Scope of Work:

The Graphic and Web Design Consultant will provide creative and technical design support to UNICEF Serbia Private Sector Fundraising and Partnerships (PSFR) activities. The consultant will be responsible for the development of high-quality visual and digital communication materials that support fundraising campaigns, donor engagement, private sector partnerships, advocacy initiatives and public awareness activities.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Design and production of digital and print communication materials, including social media assets, campaign visuals, brochures, reports, presentations, banners, infographics and fundraising materials;
  • Design, development and optimization of fundraising landing pages and other web-based visual assets;
  • Adaptation and localization of UNICEF global and regional campaign materials for the Serbian market;
  • Development of creative concepts and visual identities for fundraising and partnership campaigns;
  • Preparation of materials for digital fundraising channels, including website, email marketing, paid media and donor engagement activities;
  • Ensuring compliance with UNICEF branding and visual identity guidelines;
  • Collaboration with UNICEF staff, external vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery of high-quality design products;
  • Provision of graphic and web design support on an as-needed basis throughout the contract period.

The consultant will work remotely and deliver services under the supervision of the Head of Private Sector Fundraising (PSFR) in accordance with the approved Terms of Reference.

Contract duration: 10 July – 31 December 2026 (up to 60 workdays)

Tasks and Deliverables:

The consultant will provide graphic and web design services on an as-needed basis throughout the contract period and will be responsible for delivering the following outputs:

Deliverable 1: Graphic Design Support

  • Design and production of visual materials for fundraising, donor engagement, advocacy and partnership activities;
  • Creation of digital assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, online advertising and fundraising campaigns;
  • Design of brochures, reports, presentations, infographics, banners, posters and other communication materials;
  • Adaptation and localization of UNICEF global and regional communication materials for use in Serbia.

Deliverable 2: Web and Landing Page Design Support

  • Design and optimization of fundraising landing pages and related digital user journeys;
  • Development of web visuals and digital assets supporting donor acquisition, retention and engagement activities;
  • Provision of recommendations for user experience (UX) improvements and visual optimization of fundraising pages.

Deliverable 3: Campaign and Creative Development

  • Development of creative concepts and visual identities for fundraising and partnership campaigns;
  • Preparation of campaign toolkits and visual packages for multi-channel fundraising activities;
  • Design support for special events, donor communications and corporate partnership initiatives.

Deliverable 4: Quality Assurance and Brand Compliance

  • Ensure all materials comply with UNICEF branding, visual identity and communication guidelines;
  • Deliver final editable and production-ready files in agreed formats;
  • Provide revisions and updates based on UNICEF feedback.

Deliverable 5: Ongoing Design Support

  • Provide responsive graphic and web design support throughout the contract period according to UNICEF priorities and business needs;
  • Participate in coordination meetings and maintain regular communication with the PSFR team to ensure timely delivery of assignments.

Expected contract period: July 2026 – December 2026 (with possibility of extension subject to performance and business needs).

Requirements:

Education

  • University degree (BA) in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Web Design, Digital Media, Fine Arts, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology or another relevant field.

Work Experience

  • A minimum of three (3) years of relevant professional experience in graphic and web design.
  • Experience in development of communication, marketing or fundraising materials is an asset.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in graphic design software and tools.
  • Ability to develop visual communication materials for digital and print use.
  • Experience in web and landing page design is an asset.

Competencies

  • Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Language Requirements

  • Fluency in Serbian and working knowledge of English.
