Exigences minimales :

Formation académique :

Masters en sciences sociales, politiques publiques, travail social, sciences de l’éducation spécialisée, sociologie, développement social ou tout autre domaine connexe pertinent.

Expérience professionnelle :

  • Au moins sept années d’expérience dans le renforcement des capacités institutionnelles, les sciences de l’éducation spécialisée, la formation des intervenants sociaux ou la réforme des systèmes de services sociaux.
  • Expérience confirmée dans l’analyse et la consolidation de recommandations issues d’études diagnostiques ou d’évaluations institutionnelles.
  • Expérience avérée dans l’élaboration de plans d’action stratégiques ou opérationnels dans le domaine social ou de la formation professionnelle.
  • Bonne connaissance du secteur social en Tunisie.
  • Expérience dans la coordination interinstitutionnelle et de l’animation de processus participatifs avec des acteurs publics et des partenaires techniques.

Exigences linguistiques :

Excellente maîtrise de l’arabe et du français, avec de fortes capacités de rédaction et de synthèse.

Compétences (facultatives) :

Le/la consultant(e) devra disposer d’une expertise solide dans l’analyse des politiques sociales et de la protection de l‘enfant, le renforcement des capacités institutionnelles et l’élaboration de plans d’action stratégiques liés aux systèmes de formation des intervenants sociaux.

Atouts souhaités :

  • Expérience de travail avec des institutions publiques tunisiennes ou organisations internationales.
  • Expérience préalable avec les Nations Unies ou partenaires techniques et financiers.
  • Familiarité avec les approches de réforme institutionnelle et les mécanismes de coordination intersectorielle.
  • Connaissance des standards internationaux liés au travail social et au développement des capacités des intervenants sociaux.
