Le/la consultant(e) travaillera sous la supervision du Chef de la Section Survie de l’Enfant, en étroite collaboration avec les autres membres de la section et les partenaires de la DI aux niveaux central et sous-national. Il/elle aura pour missions de :
- Faire la revue des rapports de réception des vaccins octroyés au Togo dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre du Grand rattrapage ;
- Faire la revue des données sur les doses utilisées et les doses administrées des principaux antigènes dans le cadre du grand rattrapage à travers la revue des rapports mensuels d’activités du PEV, l’analyse détaillée des données contenues dans le Dashboard et tout autre support pertinent ;
- Réaliser la réconciliation entre, d’une part, les doses utilisées / administrées et les taux de pertes / couvertures vaccinales, d’autre part ;
- Documenter les bonnes pratiques, les leçons apprises et les points d’amélioration ;
- Faire des recommandations opérationnelles pour une transition réussie des bonnes pratiques de gestion des vaccins du grand rattrapage vers le PEV de routine.

Minimum requirements:
- Avoir un diplôme universitaire de niveau Master en santé publique ou discipline connexe, ou Médecine et/ou Diplôme universitaire (Bac+5) en santé publique, épidémiologie, gestion des programmes de santé, gestion logistique ou domaines équivalents.
- Être titulaire d’une maîtrise en gestion logistique ou autres maîtrises (pharmacie, ingénieur, administration publique, administration des services de santé…), spécialiste en chaîne d’approvisionnement et logistique de santé ayant une grande connaissance du Programme de Vaccination.
- La connaissance de l’environnement du Togo serait un atout.
- Maîtriser le français ; la connaissance de l’anglais est un atout.
- Avoir au moins une certification dans l’un ou l’autre des domaines ci-dessous serait un atout :
- *Certificat en immunization Supply Chain Management
- * Certificat Stock Management Tool
- *Certificat en Gestion et Approvisionnement Logistique
- Disposer d’excellente capacité de synthèse et de rédaction des documents ;
- Disposer d’excellente capacité en communication, expertise technique et analyse ainsi qu’un respect de la culture locale
- Être proactif, alerte et utiliser les données pour identifier des problèmes et proposer des solutions
- Maîtriser l’outil informatique, notamment des logiciels Excel, Word et PowerPoint
- Maîtriser les outils logistiques du PEV (SMT, DVDMT, outils d’Inventaire chaîne du froid).
