During the duration period of the contract, the consultant will support the following activities:
1. Mapping and linking potential GBV service entry points to specialized GBV case management services, with a particular focus on child survivors of sexual violence;
2. Formalizing standard operating procedures and referral protocols for responding to different types of cases (child survivors, mandatory reporting, etc.);
3. Training community volunteers and outreach workers on how to safely and appropriately respond to disclosures and make safe and ethical referrals when GBV survivors ask for help (based on the GBV Pocket Guide);
4. Developing a Caring for Child Survivors of Sexual Abuse (CCS) case management protocol tailored to Sudan to support local service providers to integrate CCS into all stages of their programming, including emergency contingency planning (based on the updated Caring for Child Survivors (CCS) of Sexual Abuse Guidelines and associated Training Package);
5. Sharing the resources and learning through global GBViE fora, including the GBV case management task force convened under the umbrella of the GBVIMS.
