The Junior Qualitative Research Consultant will support the implementation of the qualitative research component of the Data Must Speak to Strengthen Capacity and Advance Local Evidence Use (DMS SCALE) primarily through the development of research instruments, quality assurance of primary qualitative data, and coding and analysis.
