UNICEF works in some of the world’s toughest places, to reach the world’s most disadvantaged children. To save their lives. To defend their rights. To help them fulfill their potential.

Across 190 countries and territories, we work for every child, everywhere, every day, to build a better world for everyone.

And we never give up.

For every child, Care.

Safe Online is an investment vehicle supported by government, philanthropic and private donors, working in partnership with a wide range of civil society, academic, industry and policymaking institutions committed to building a safer internet and tackling harms to children. Since 2016, Safe Online has invested US$100 million in over 100 countries focused on preventing and eliminating online CSEA at country, regional and global levels, integrating with existing child protection and violence prevention efforts.

Safe Online focuses on how digital technologies and connectivity intensify existing and facilitate new forms of violence against children, especially one of the worst forms of that violence: online Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSEA). Safe Online invests in solutions, technologies, programmes, and capacities to tackle online CSEA. Importantly, our work in developing a global evidence base along with our advocacy, policy influence and collective action impacts intersecting areas of digital harm. These include cyberbullying, harassment, mental health and radicalisation and the role of the internet in facilitating criminal activity such as human trafficking.

How can you make a difference?

Safe Online is seeking an experienced graphic design expert to create innovative communication materials in line with Safe Online’s brand guidelines. The Graphic Designer is responsible for conceptualizing and developing the branding and graphic design assets for events, campaigns and initiatives on Safe Online’s social media platforms (including but not limited to Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube); various promotional and guidance materials and other initiatives as requested; ensuring deliverables adhere to Safe Online branding, visual guidelines and quality standards. The consultant will be supervised by the Planning Manager and work closely with the Safe Online team.
