How can you make a difference?
- In accordance with the agreed yearly plan support execution and evaluation of the investment strategy of the different channels and suppliers to obtain maximum profitability in terms of ROI.
- Define, coordinate and implement emergency digital fundraising campaigns.
- Collaborate with Communications and Individual Giving specialists in the region to boost acquisition, integrate channels and support retention activities.
- Support selection, management and relationship with suppliers (tools and agencies).
- Coordinate and onboard providers, following current contracts and activating new ones.
- In collaboration with regional colleagues lead weekly meetings: learnings, optimizations and new ideas with the team and agency.
- Train digital personnel in ROs to capacitate them to be able to manage future campaigns.
- Share best practices in between markets and regional offices.
- Support financial and administrative processes with internal teams and digital providers.
- Help ensure the relevant systems are in place i.e., Global Giving Platform for digital marketing; Work with ICT to ensure that relevant landing pages are in place.
- Manage and optimize UNICEF’s global giving platform for WCA and support in ESA regions, to generate and maintain fundraising landing pages.
- Help ensure adequate back-end tracking and analytics is in place in order to monitor results.
- Monitoring of online advertising campaigns and proposals for their improvement; Analyse and measure information derived from these campaigns; Monitor and report on the results.
- Work with agencies and technical suppliers to develop and maintain a digital dashboard that gathers all main KPIs on digital. Use Analytics and other tools to automate the data collection and generate regional and local reports on UNICEF Global Giving Platform for donations and conversion.
To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…
- An advanced university degree (Master’s degree or higher) in one of the following fields is required: Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Fundraising, Management, or another relevant technical field.
- Alternatively, a first-level university degree in combination with additional two years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
- A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in Digital Fundraising and/or Digital marketing and supporting implementation is required.
- Hands-on experience and understanding of working in developing markets is required.
- Proven experience working across multiple markets is required.
- Proven experience working in a multi-cultural environment and with cross-functional teams to deliver on common goals is required.
- Knowledge of UNICEF digital Private Sector Fundraising (PSFR) systems, processes, and operations of UNICEF regional and country offices is an asset.
- Familiarity with methods for producing digital marketing assets is an asset.
- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of other UN official languages is an asset.
