UNICEF is looking for a solid technical-functional and results driven Fundraising Associate (Business Intelligence Coordinator) to lead the Business Intelligence team to ensure the organization's financial sustainability through data management, analysis, and optimization of fundraising processes to make an impact on children’s lives in Peru and around the world.
Under the close supervision of the Fundraising Manager, P-3, the GS6 Fundraising Associate (Face-to-Face) will support the implementation of the face-to-face fundraising strategy of the Dominican Republic Country Office. Individual Giving plays a key role in achieving the projected Gross Revenue in the coming years and it is strategic to achieve sustainable performance of the face-to-face channel to align with the overall fundraising strategy. This position will be key to ensure achievement of revenue targets in an increasingly complex fundraising operation.
Under the direct supervision and guidance of the P4 Operations Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for monitoring all construction activities in the Country Office (School infrastructures, Health Center, etc.) and providing technical support on managing construction and rehabilitation activities.

3. To examine the coherence , and progress towards intended results of UNICEF-supported programming on transferable skills across different countries and regional contexts, with attention to the contribution of UNICEF inputs on delivery mechanisms, and partnerships.
4. To determine the extent to which UNICEF commitment to partner governments and other stakeholders on transferable skills development have been met, as well as the factors that have enabled or hindered these efforts and lessons learned.
