UNICEF is seeking an experienced Home Visiting/Community health expert to engage as a technical consultant and support strengthening and optimization of the home visiting services within the broader umbrella of Primary Health Care strengthening approach across the countries in the Europe and Central Asia region (ECAR).
Under the general guidance of the Corporate Partnerships Manager, this post will optimize the financial and non-financial growth opportunities of a portfolio of high-impact partnerships with Corporations headquartered around the world. The incumbent will play a critical role in working with and advising UNICEF’s National Committees, who may co-manage these high-value partnerships, expanding them by geography or channel in order to leverage the greatest impact from the partnership for UNICEF. The incumbent will work closely with National Committees and lead the dissemination of knowledge and best practices in partnership management and engagement opportunities across UNICEF.

Under the supervision of the Education Specialist int he Odesa Field Office, the Education Officer for early childhood education (ECE) provides technical, operational, and administrative support throughout the programming process for ECE initiatives within the Country Programme. This includes contributing to development planning, facilitating the implementation of diversified ECE services, and ensuring effective monitoring and reporting of results at the local level. The role involves working closely with local authorities to implement ECE pilot projects, such as mobile kindergartens and community-based early learning spaces, aligning efforts with the national ECE reform agenda while addressing local needs and challenges.
The Programme Associate works in close collaboration with a range of staff in the CO, external partners, and agency counterparts in support of programme design and delivery. S/He provides regular feedback on the status of projects through monitoring milestones and advises on improvements to keep activities on track
