For every child, commitment!
Nepal is highly vulnerable to natural and climate-induced disasters such as earthquakes, floods, landslides, and glacial lake outburst floods. These emergencies disproportionately affect children, disrupting access to essential services like health, education, protection, and nutrition. In response, UNICEF Nepal Country Office collaborates with national and local governments, civil society organizations, media outlets, and development partners to promote and protect child rights across Nepal. In times of emergency, timely and accurate communication becomes critical to ensure that children and families receive the support they need.
