Esta consultoría busca un asesor estratégico senior con amplia experiencia en fundraising digital y transformación digital para apoyar al Cluster LAC en el fortalecimiento de su dirección estratégica, gobernanza y alineación regional en materia de captación digital.
El consultor brindará orientación estratégica basada en análisis de mercado, tendencias globales y mejores prácticas del sector, apoyará en la definición de roles, estructuras y prioridades estratégicas del ecosistema digital del clúster, y contribuirá al desarrollo de recomendaciones para campañas clave, analítica digital, optimización de conversión (CRO), retención de donantes y evolución tecnológica de plataformas como GGPx.
La consultoría se enfocará exclusivamente en asesoría estratégica y acompañamiento en la toma de decisiones, sin responsabilidad operativa sobre la ejecución, gestión de campañas, asignación presupuestaria o coordinación directa con mercados, agencias o proveedores.
Key Activities/Tasks
1. Asesoría estratégica.
• Análisis de mercados para la recaudación de fondos digitales.
o Realizar análisis de mercado en profundidad para identificar tendencias y oportunidades, y evaluar el potencial de la recaudación de fondos digitales en toda la región.
• Incorporación y alineación estratégica.
o Coordinar y facilitar los procesos de incorporación de nuevos miembros del equipo, garantizando una integración y alineación adecuadas con la estrategia digital global de UNICEF.
• Colaboración en la definición de funciones y responsabilidades.
o Colaborar en la definición de funciones y responsabilidades claras para la implementación de actividades de recaudación de fondos digitales.
• Realizar revisiones estratégicas trimestrales de los planes de adquisición digital.
2. Asesoría en Campañas Clave
• Para momentos estratégicos (Teletones, Emergencias, Fin de Año):
• Revisión del enfoque estratégico previa al lanzamiento.
• Recomendaciones para el lanzamiento de emergencias.
• Recomendaciones para el alineamiento de canales.
3. Plataforma GGPx y tecnología
• Orientación estratégica sobre el uso de sistemas y herramientas para digital fundraising.
• Orientación estratégica sobre mejoras a nivel de contenido y UX para la GGPx.
• Información y actualización acerca nuevas funcionalidades y desarrollos disponibles.
4. Analítica digital y CRO
• Soporte en la implementación de buenas prácticas y guidelines de analítica digital.
• Coordinación de soporte global para la implementación.
• Coordinación y apoyo en la solicitud de herramientas de medición (CRO).
• Compartir buenas prácticas y hallazgos globales.
• Apoyo y coordinación para desarrollo de estrategia de CRO.
5. Retención y Value Max
• Trabajar con los equipos de retención de donantes para diseñar y poner en marcha campañas destinadas a maximizar los ingresos procedentes de la base de donantes existente.
Dedicación
• Participación estructurada.
• No disponibilidad diaria ni operativa.
Gobernanza y Seguimiento (No Operativo)
Participación:
• 1 llamada semanal de 120 minutos con equipo.
• 1 llamada quincenal de 60 minutos con el mánager regional.
• 1 sesión estratégica bimensual en profundidad (2 horas).

Minimum requirements:
- Education: A first level university Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Fundraising, or other relevant fields is required. Any other additional training in a related field is an asset.
- Work Experience: More than 10 years of progressively responsible experience in digital marketing or digital fundraising, with a specific focus on areas such as digital acquisition, donor cultivation and retention, integrated media planning, marketing communications, and multi-channel campaign management. Experience in both agency and charity environments is considered an advantage.
- Language Requirements: Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Technical knowledge: Specific digital media knowledge, analytics and tracking, A/B testing, SEO, proficiency in the use of search engine algorithms, content management systems, search engine marketing (SEM), paid media / performance marketing with a focus on SEM and paid social online paid media, web and donation forms development, UX, CRM, CRO, e-mail broadcasting tools & marketing automation tools. HTML experience recommended.

Other skills and attributes: Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mind oriented. •Experience training and upskilling teams. Excellent communication skills, (both written and oral) to translate complicated business requirements into technical based language, and vice versa.
Administrative details:
*Consultants must have their own equipment, tools and materials needed to perform their services. They will use their own laptops/computers, any application or system needed to complete the assignment. They need to provide the full service without using UNICEF resources. The access to UNICEF email and system is restricted to UNICEF staff therefore consultants should not be granted access unless it is imperative to complete the assignment.
Approval from HR/OPS is required when deliverables cannot be produced through remote work. The terms of reference shall include a location requirement.
