The Philippine Country Office is a medium-to-large size country office with its base in Manila and a regular field office in Cotabato City. Moreover, the office is situated in a country that is highly exposed to natural hazards. It has its own Private Fundraising & Partnerships (PFP) team which raises funds for its different programs, including emergencies.
The Corporate Fundraising Team under PFP is at a critical stage of its development with the Philippines Economy projected to be a middle to upper income country by 2025. There is major fundraising opportunity for corporate partnerships in CPD 9 and beyond.

How can you make a difference?
Under the supervision of the Fundraising Officer – Individual Giving, the incumbent will contribute to the design and coordination of multi-channel campaigns that inspire and retain donors, playing a vital role in advancing the growth and sustainability of UNICEF’s individual giving programme.
- Campaign Strategy and Execution
- Support planning, implementation, and daily management of donor acquisition, retention, and legacy campaigns across multiple channels—phone, email, SMS, social media, and web.
- Collaborate with fundraising and marketing teams to design audience-centric journeys that integrate telemarketing with digital and offline touchpoints.
- Apply segmentation strategies (behavioral, demographic, psychographic) to tailor messaging and engagement across platforms.
- Ensure backend systems and fulfillment processes are ready to support new initiatives and product testing.
- Donor Engagement and Experience
- Support the transformation of donor engagement platforms by integrating insights from omnichannel interactions.
- Promote donor satisfaction through personalized, consistent, and timely communication across all channels.
- Contribute to strategies that enhance donor lifetime value and deepen relationships through meaningful engagement.
- Marketing and Brand Alignment
- Work with the Marketing team to train fundraising staff and partners on brand messaging, campaign goals, and audience engagement techniques.
- Ensure all communications reflect the organization’s tone, values, and strategic objectives, using attractive and compelling language.
- Develop entry-level marketing messages that resonate with diverse donor segments and drive action.
- Quality Assurance and Performance Monitoring
- Assist in the development and monitoring of quality assurance processes for fundraising channels, including telemarketing, email, and digital platforms
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, engagement, ROI) and ensure targets are met.
- Provide regular reports and actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and donor experience.
- Operations Oversight
- Coordinate with agencies, contractors, and suppliers involved in fundraising operations, ensuring timely communication and support as directed by the supervisor.
- Recommend operational improvements in collaboration with internal stakeholders to enhance efficiency and impact.
- Donor Support and Customer Service
- Oversee inbound donor support services across phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Ensure high-quality, end-to-end customer service, addressing inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and ensure resolution aligns with donor care standards.

Minimum requirements:
- Education:
- University degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related fields.
- Work Experience:
- Minimum of one (1) year of professional and progressive experience in some or all of the following areas:
- Working with recognized brands or impactful marketing campaigns
- Exposure to successful fundraising organizations or purpose-driven brands with strong marketing performance is a distinct advantage.
- Solid grasp of marketing principles, audience segmentation, and customer engagement strategies.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., CRM platforms, analytics dashboards, SEO basics).
- Minimum of one (1) year of professional and progressive experience in some or all of the following areas:
