L’objectif principal de cette étude est de revoir, optimiser et finaliser les manuels de formation et guides des facilitateurs liés à la prévention de la violence en ligne, en garantissant leur qualité pédagogique, leur opérationnalité et leur pertinence thématique.
• Développer des guides pratiques de facilitateurs sur la base des manuels de formation pour accompagner la mise en œuvre des formations.
• Assurer la cohérence globale des outils produits (en français et arabe), en respectant une approche méthodologique alignée avec les standards internationaux de formation.

  • Education: Un Master en pédagogie, éducation ou bien ingénierie de formation ou en formation professionnelle
     
  • Work Experience: - Avoir au moins 5 ans d’expériences dans l’élaboration de contenu de formation
    - Expérience confirmée dans la conception ou révision de manuels de formation.
    - Excellente maîtrise du français/arabe et bonne compréhension des environnements institutionnels
    - Connaissance des thématiques de protection et violence en ligne est un atout
