Minimum requirements:

Expérience d’au moins 10 ans dans le domaine de la recherche et analyse des besoins.

Expérience antécédente en matière de formation pour adultes

Connaissance approfondie de question de protection de l'enfance.

Education: Un minimum master en science humaines, sciences sociales ou équivalent

Work Experience: Le consultant (e) doit apporter une expertise de très haut niveau. Il doit être un expert

senior intervention psychosociale, avec une expertise en protection de remplacement et en matière de

formation pour adultes.

Skills (optional) Aisance confirmée dans la préparation et la facilitation de réunions de coordination ou

d'ateliers techniques. Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de synthèse et de rédaction de rapports de haute

qualité.

Language Requirements: Maîtrise de la langue française et arabe et très bonne capacité de rédaction et de

synthèse.

Desirables Incarner les valeurs fondamentales et les standards éthiques des Nations Unies dans l'exercice

de ses fonctions.

Respecter le chronogramme de la consultance et les échéances convenues.

Faire preuve de résilience et d'adaptabilité face aux éventuels délais de réponse des acteurs et

partenairesde terrain.

Manifester un esprit d'initiative, proposer des solutions et faciliter activement la mise en relation avec

toutes Parties prenantes

Capacité démontrée à travailler en synergie au sein d'une équipe tout en sachant mener des tâches de

manière indépendante et proactive.
