UNICEF Honduras is looking for a Programme Officer P2 experienced in project management to support the Education team with the implementation, monitoring and reporting and evaluation of project activities, data analysis and progress reporting, in support of programme goals and objectives.

To qualify as a champion for every child you will have…
Minimum requirements:
- Education: A completed first level university degree (Bachelor’s degree) in one of the following fields is required: Social Sciences, International Relations, Project Management, Government, Public Administration, Public Policy, Social Policy, Social Development, Community Development, or another relevant technical field.
- Work Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of relevant professional work experience is required.
- Skills: Demonstrated capacity to manage rights based and results-based programmes
Proven ability to analyse data and use evidence to inform decision-making.
Knowledge of programme reporting and evaluations as well as programme fund monitoring
Demonstrated experience in engaging and coordinating with diverse stakeholders. - Language Requirements: Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
Desirables:
- Language: Proficiency in Korean is an asset.
- Experience in project implementation with emphasis on social development and education at municipal level is an asset.
- Experience with intersectoral projects is an asset.
- Experience with Korean Cooperation is a strong asset.
- Experience working in a developing country is considered as an asset.
- Background/familiarity with emergency is considered as an asset.
- Relevant experience at country level, particularly in development, fragile settings and humanitarian contexts.
