UNICEF seeks a Fundraising Specialist (Personalization & Experimentation) to work with the Private Fundraising and Partnerships (PFP) in Geneva to provide support to teams across UNICEF. The main purpose of the job is to support markets with experimentation &testing, audience personalization, CRO, and audience-centricity campaigns. To achieve these results, the professional will support four geographical squads (Central 1, Central 2, Aurora, Sunrise) to ensure Optimizely tool implementation (new global giving CRO platform) and correct application of the personalization strategy across 25 new markets that were onboarded this year. The goal is to increase their digital fundraising activities and maximize results, providing additional capacity and capability by ensuring the squads have correct test and learn measurement framework across the whole year for both cash and pledge campaigns. The incumbent will provide technical fundraising expertise and guidance on optimizing personalization experiences and testing to maximize revenue.

The Division of Private Fundraising and Partnerships (PFP), based in Geneva, aims to achieve results for children by maximizing UNICEF's private sector fundraising, partnerships, and engagement activities, including work with National Committees, regional and country offices, and other HQ Divisions. The Innovative Finance for Children (IF4C) Unit in the Division of Private Fundraising and Partnerships (PFP) enables, drives, and accelerates innovative alternative financing and funding solutions for children in partnership with the Private Sector through initiatives that attract investments for climate change, environment, and disaster risk reduction. Under the guidance of the Innovation Manager (IF4C), the Innovation Officer (Innovative Finance) will provide support to the PFP IF4C Team and the Principal Adviser. The role will be responsible for project coordination, planning, research, and analysis as well as marketing and communications, administration, and budget monitoring.
