Individual consultant to support INAS in the processes of implementing the Beneficiary Management Information System (e-INAS/SIB), Maputo, 7 months in Mozambique
UNICEF Mozambique is in search of a dedicated and proactive national Consultant to be stationed in the National Institute of Social Action who will support INAS in the processes of implementing the Beneficiary Management Information System (e-INAS/SIB), in the corrective and preventive maintenance of the IT park, among other activities related to the area of information and communication technologies. As INAS, IP employees use technological equipment and resources to carry out their activities. As such, service and technical support for users, as well as maintenance of IT equipment, are essential for the continuity of institutional activities. The small number of IT technicians in the institution (Central Body) and the absence of these professionals at local level make it difficult to adequately attend to the various processes underway. They also have a negative impact on meeting the deadlines set for planned activities. In this context, the hiring of an IT technician will boost the implementation of the Beneficiary Management Information System, guaranteeing compliance with the provisions of ‘Axis 4 - Institutional Development’, point b), regarding the ‘scope for strengthening operational management’ of the ENSSB. The technician will directly report to the Head of the Information, Communication and Image Technologies.
