UNICEF requiere contratar una persona consultora para brindar asistencia técnica a la Jurisdicción Especial para la Paz (JEP) en el diseño de una metodología para la ruta dialógica del Caso 07, relacionado con el reclutamiento y la utilización de niños, niñas y adolescentes. La consultoría buscará aportar insumos comparados, sistematizar propuestas, proporcionar recomendaciones y desarrollar una propuesta metodológica ajustada a las particularidades, necesidades y apuestas del Caso 07, en estrecha coordinación con el Despacho del Caso y otros equipos de la JEP según se requiera.

UNICEF Uganda is seeking a qualified National Consultant in Digital Health Interoperability to support the integration of the Community Health Worker Registry (CHWR) with the Electronic Community Health Information System (eCHIS). The consultant will design and implement interoperability solutions, including APIs and data exchange mechanisms, to enable seamless synchronization of community health worker data and strengthen national health information systems. The role also involves developing data pipelines and analytics dashboards, supporting system testing and deployment, and building capacity among national stakeholders. This assignment offers an opportunity to contribute to improved health workforce management, data-driven decision-making, and enhanced service delivery across Uganda.

The Senior ICT Associate (Process Optimization and Automation – Developer) contributes to continuous improvement across the full automation lifecycle – from assessment and qualification of candidate processes, through design, development and testing, to deployment, maintenance and continuous improvement. The role spans the GSSC service lines (Finance and Master Data Management; HR, Payroll and Offboarding; and Customer Care) and applies the most appropriate technique from across the automation spectrum to each opportunity, rather than relying on a single tool. Where automation can be enhanced by artificial intelligence (AI), these capabilities are leveraged through UNICEF’s enterprise platforms (for example, Microsoft Copilot and ServiceNow NowAssist) within the architecture and governance boundaries maintained by DID, rather than developed as stand-alone systems. This post is a Temporary Appointment until 31 December 2026.
