La présente consultation vise à recruter un consultant/formateur chargé de concevoir et d’animer une formation pratique au profit des cadres de l’INDRAP sur l’utilisation des logiciels d’édition propriétaires et libres, notamment Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop ou équivalents, ainsi que Scribus, GIMP, Inkscape et LibreOffice ou autres outils pertinents. La formation devra permettre aux participants de maîtriser les principes de mise en page pédagogique, d’intégrer harmonieusement textes, images, graphiques et tableaux, et de produire des supports pédagogiques conformes aux normes techniques et éditoriales. L’objectif général de la consultation est de contribuer au renforcement des capacités des agents de l’INDRAP dans la maîtrise des logiciels d’édition et de mise en page, afin d’améliorer la qualité de la conception, de la production et de la diffusion des manuels scolaires et supports pédagogiques au Niger.
