Embedding child-sensitive indicators within resource allocation frameworks. iii. Designing and testing a simulation model for allocation scenarios. iv. UNICEF Liberia is seeking to hire an experienced and qualified individual to support coordination and development of the "Back To My Classroom Campaign" (BTMC). More specifically, will support development of key BTMC documents and tools, including a costed joint operational workplan, a comprehensive communication strategy with advocacy and social mobilization messages, and a digitalized, interoperable monitoring system; (2) strengthen high-level advocacy to keep the rights of out-of-school children on the national agenda, secure ministerial and presidential commitment, and operationalize coordination mechanisms such as a National Steering Committee; and (3) support BTMC campaign implementation by identifying success factors, addressing bottlenecks, enhancing partner mobilization and coordination, building capacity for intersectoral approaches, reinforcing decentralized implementation, and improving monitoring and reporting on progress.
