Mener une revue complète des partenariats d’implémentation avec les organisations de la société civile OSC) et les organisations non gouvernementales (ONG) du Programme de Coopération Haïti-UNICEF 2023-2027. Dans un environnement marqué par l’instabilité politique, la récurrence des catastrophes naturelles, la vulnérabilité aiguë des enfants et la baisse des financements, la revue vise à optimiser le portefeuille de partenaires pour la période 2026-2028. Elle cherche à renforcer l’efficacité, la pertinence, la sécurité programmatique et financière ainsi que la localisation, en parfaite cohérence avec les procédures de l’UNICEF, le cadre HACT et les CCC. Cet exercice s’inscrit en appui à la réponse de gestion à l’évaluation de la réponse L3 (recommandation relative à la localisation) et aux actions convenues de l’audit du bureau pays portant sur le suivi programmatique, les visites d’assurance et la gestion des partenariats.
