The website currently operates on an outdated software platform, posing significant risks to its stability, security, and overall functionality. It has experienced intermittent faults, indicating a need for immediate technical intervention. The formative evaluation consultant will evaluate the educator training and resource package development components of the Greening Capacities Pillar within the Green Education Partnership in UAE. As the educator training by the master trainers are planned to roll out by the time this evaluation begins, the training rollout and trained principals and teachers are subject to this evaluation. For its linkage and complementarity nature with the other three pillars, the evaluation will review the other pillars to assess the Greening Capacities Pillar.
