In parallel, Country Offices have reported the need to create reports outside SES, indicating gaps in consolidation and automation.

    Consultancy for Consultancy for communication and training on improved hygiene behaviors and healthy nutrition - Nationals only (12 months) in Egypt

    The main objectives of this task are to design and conduct a participatory rapid assessment: to investigate different factors, social, cultural and contextual factors, that influence hygiene and nutrition behaviour among school children, including dietary habits, physical activity, and exposure to food marketing. Also, to update the training manual: In view of the assessment results and after reviewing existing tools for awareness staff of the water company(s) on integrating WASH and nutrition activities. The manual should include interactive activities to motivate. As well as updating materials to be appropriate to different age groups (pre-primary, primary , preparatory). Moreover, revising the Training of Trainers (TOT) module according to changes that equips awareness staff with participatory tools to motivate critical WASH behaviors and healthy nutrition practices, using engaging child-to-child and peer learning approaches. Also, to conduct a TOT for awareness raising staff of the water company(s), ensuring they are confident in delivering both hygiene and nutrition content in schools. As well as coaching and monitoring the training conducted by awareness staff of the water company to the teachers. focusing on how teachers integrate hygiene and nutrition messages into classroom activities and peer-to-peer learning. And to develop a monitoring plan and assessment tools for all components of the training in coordination with M&E specialist
