The assignment requires demonstrated expertise in psychology, counselling, staff wellbeing, or a related field, along with experience facilitating engaging virtual learning programmes within multicultural and complex organizational environments. Experience working with the United Nations system or international organizations and delivering similar wellbeing initiatives is highly desirable.
