The role also strengthens internal controls, promotes a culture of accountability and service excellence, and enables evidence-based decision-making, thereby supporting the Representative in achieving organizational objectives and maximizing impact at country level. Further, the role provides leadership and oversight of the operations function – covering administration budget, finance, digital impact, supply chain, and risk management while aligning Operations management with Programme delivery focusing on programmatic priorities. By leading multiple cross-functional teams, the Deputy Representative Operations drives integrated planning, resource optimization, risk management and performance monitoring, ensuring that systems, processes and people are positioned to deliver results.
