For the transition, a 73-role recruitment campaign will be launched from July 2026, requiring additional support for recruitment and selection processes and UNICEF is seeking a People and Culture professional to join a dynamic team driving one of the most significant P&C transformation processes in the Latin America and Caribbean Region: the consolidation of the new Multi-Country Office for the Caribbean. The incumbent will implement a prioritized recruitment and selection plan with clear deadlines and deliverables with the main responsibilities of recruitment and selection activities. The P&C Officer will also support specific staff support interventions for staff on abolished position across the Caribbean and will support the drafting and classification of Job Descriptions as required.
