Conduct a series of consultations with relevant stakeholders, to assess the systems maturity levels, while leveraging the Power of Data initiative as a convening mechanism. 3. Produce a summary diagnostic report, including dataflow mapping, standards review, governance analysis, and interoperability opportunities – using AdaMM as a reference framework. 4. Co-design a Roadmap for action with proposed investments for the short, medium and long term.
