The incumbent will implement a prioritized recruitment and selection plan with clear deadlines and deliverables with the main responsibilities of recruitment and selection activities. The P&C Officer will also support specific staff support interventions for staff on abolished position across the Caribbean and will support the drafting and classification of Job Descriptions as required.
