UNICEF Philippines is seeking three (3) Subnational Nutrition Consultants for Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao to provide specialized technical and operational support for the implementation of Child Nutrition Fund (CNF) initiatives. The consultants will support adaptive planning, implementation, and performance monitoring of key nutrition programmes—including PIMAM, Nutrition in Emergencies (NiE), MIYCF, nutrition governance, and supply chain management—ensuring that interventions are responsive, evidence-based, and effectively delivered across diverse local contexts. Each consultant will also provide targeted technical support aligned with their assigned area of focus, while working closely with government partners, stakeholders, and UNICEF teams to strengthen systems, enhance coordination, and improve service delivery at the subnational level. These posts will be based in UNICEF Philippines across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
