    SBC U-Report Consultant – Peer to Peer HPV Vaccine Demand Generation (Nationals Only) in Uganda

    To provide technical and operational leadership for the design and implementation of an adolescent-led, peer-to-peer HPV vaccine demand generation model in Uganda using digital and community-based engagement platforms, including U-Report, FunDoo, and Communities of Action. The consultant will support crowdsourcing, refinement, dissemination, monitoring, and documentation of adolescent-generated HPV vaccination messages, aligned with the Ministry of Health and Behavioural and Social Drivers (BeSD) framework. The assignment aims to increase HPV vaccine knowledge, confidence, intention, and social acceptance among adolescent girls, especially those in underserved, peri-urban, and hard-to-reach communities.

    Local Consultancy: Non-Communicable Diseases (NCD) in Children Consultant in Philippines

    If you are a committed and analytical public health professional with experience in non-communicable diseases (NCDs), child health, and health systems, UNICEF Philippines invites you to apply as Consultant (Childhood NCDs and Disability) under the Health Section. The consultant will provide technical support in advancing the prevention and management of childhood NCDs, including generating evidence, developing policies and strategies, and strengthening service delivery. The role will also support the development of the Manual of Operations on the Categorization of Disabilities and the PhilHealth Benefit Package for NCDs in children and children with disabilities. Working under the supervision of the Health Programme team, the consultant will collaborate closely with the Department of Health (DOH), PhilHealth, and other key stakeholders. The assignment will contribute to the implementation of the Multisectoral Action Plan (MSAP) for NCDs 2025–2030 and UNICEF’s broader initiatives on child health. The consultant is expected to ensure alignment with national priorities and promote equitable access to quality health services for all children, including those with disabilities.
