The roster will play a central role in supporting the CoE’s Climate Finance Area during its inception phase by providing Country Offices with timely access to specialised expertise. Consultants will support UNICEF teams to navigate complex donor project cycles efficiently, while ensuring consistency, quality, and on-time delivery of climate finance proposals.
