Pour se faire, l’existence d’un cadre organisationnel, réglementaire et administratif régissant la pratique de l’évaluation en RDC s’avère nécessaire.
Au regard d’une telle nécessité, la section Politiques Sociales de l’UNICEF s’est engagée dans un processus de formulation d’une Politique Nationale d’Evaluation au profit de la RDC.
Pour ce faire, un consultant international a été engagé par l’UNICEF en 2025 pour l’élaboration d’un document de politique national d’évaluation accompagné d’un plan d’actions et d’une stratégie de communication.
L’objectif de la prestation était d’élaborer un document d’orientation définissant les cadres organisationnels, réglementaires, administratifs et juridiques devant régir la pratique de l’évaluation des politiques publiques en RDC. In this context, UNICEF seeks to engage an International Consultant to serve as the lead consultant, working closely with and coordinating a team of national consultants to support the Ministry of Health and the Rwanda Biomedical Centre in developing a high-quality, integrated, and evidence-based GC8 program continuation application.
