The consultancy will support UNICEF and its partners in strengthening career guidance, employability, and skills development pathways for adolescents and youth in Poland, while contributing to regional Skills Alliance priorities. The consultant will provide ongoing technical support to government and NGO partners to design, refine, and implement career guidance frameworks and tools, in particular tailored to the needs of migrant and refugee youth from Ukraine,, and will develop practical guidance notes and brief analytical summaries capturing progress, challenges, and lessons learned from supported initiatives. In parallel, the consultant will provide capacity strengthening and technical guidance on digital literacy, job‑specific skills, and alternative skills development pathways, and will support substantive discussions with the Ministry of National Education on youth learning‑to‑earning transitions. The consultancy will also contribute to the effective functioning of the Skills Alliance in Poland and Ukraine through preparation of coordination notes, meeting summaries, action trackers, and inputs to joint plans and partnership frameworks, as well as support to the organisation of Skills Alliance meeting in Poland in Q3 2026. In addition, the consultant will coordinate and provide implementation support to UNICEF implementing partners, including work planning, progress and financial reporting, and tracking of deliverables in line with UNICEF and government requirements.
