| Under the guidance of WASH Cluster Coordinator, provide professional technical assistance and support for programme design, planning and implementation, management and evaluation of programme/project activities, data analysis and progress reporting, in support of programme goals and objectives.
The Program Officer (Sub-national Cluster Coordinator) will work impartially, serving the needs of all members of the WASH Cluster (partners, oblast focal points, co-lead) and should work closely with the WASH Cluster Coordinator (national level) and/or the Chief of Field Offices in Dnipro and Kharkiv, OCHA focal points, and Local Government counterparts as appropriate.
The objective of the sub-national WASH Cluster is to facilitate and support operational coordination of humanitarian/early recovery actions and plans amongst all local WASH stakeholders at the oblast / region level. |
