| The purpose of the consultancy is to strengthen UNICEF Ethiopia’s institutional knowledge management for disability inclusion by consolidating existing strategic, policy, technical, training and programme materials into an accessible, user-friendly internal library, while also producing two targeted practical products:
1. an assistive technology roadmap for livelihood interventions under the Mastercard Foundation-supported programme; and
2. an onboarding package for future specialist-level and above recruits who require a structured introduction to disability inclusion in UNICEF Ethiopia. |
