Disability Inclusion Consultant, Kyiv, Ukraine On-site, 13 months (International Consultancy)

| The Disability Inclusion Consultant supports the integration of disability inclusion across the Government of Ukraine’s social protection reforms led by the Ministry of Social Policy, Family. The Consultant provides high-level policy advice and technical leadership to ensure reforms are inclusive by design covering strategies, legislation, financing, delivery systems, data/monitoring, accountability, interagency coordination, and managing/overseeing national experts working on specific reform deliverables.
The Consultant maintains a dotted reporting line to the Deputy Representative (Programmes) to strengthen UNICEF’s internal capacity in disability inclusion. |
