| Objective of this task is to recommend actions to ensure sustainability of the revolving fund, both institutionally and financially, and to open opportunities for possible national scale-up and expansions to peri‐urban areas and slum areas, in order to support both women and children in both rural areas and peri‐urban area and support Egypt towards achieving 100 percent water access by the population by 2030. |

| The overall objective of the consultancy is to establish and operationalize a central laboratory support unit for primary healthcare services. Standardize laboratory processes and SOPs in line with MoHP guidelines and best global practices. Establish monitoring and evaluation mechanisms, including cumulative KPIs. Build capacity within MoHP’s primary healthcare sector for sustainable management of the new unit and handover functions to the assigned focal person. |
