| La consultoría brindará liderazgo técnico y organizativo para evaluar los cambios logrados por el proyecto “Preparación Participativa Integral ante Desastres enfocada en Comunidades Altamente Vulnerables” en Venezuela. La evaluación se llevará a cabo mediante tres simulaciones de emergencia en los estados Sucre, Delta Amacuro y Zulia, como parte de los esfuerzos de preparación y respuesta ante desastres.
El trabajo buscará medir el fortalecimiento de las capacidades comunitarias para la gestión del riesgo, la preparación y la respuesta ante emergencias, con énfasis en niños, niñas, adolescentes, mujeres y comunidades vulnerables. Asimismo, contribuirá a reforzar la resiliencia de poblaciones afectadas por el cambio climático y el desplazamiento, promoviendo sistemas de respuesta más sólidos y comunidades mejor preparadas. |
