| UNICEF’s Global Learning Innovation Hub (LIH) is seeking a communication consultant to oversee external and internal communications and strategically position UNICEF as a leader in transforming education. The consultant will contribute to attracting new partners and keeping existing donors and partners informed of its progress with creative and strategic storytelling.
The successful candidate will be a part of the Global Learning Innovation Hub team based in Finland and will work under the direct supervision of the Partnerships Specialist and in close collaboration with UNICEF Communication teams. The consultant will work remotely and/or in a hybrid modality and is expected to be available during the EET time zone. |

International consultant to design an in-service training course for the judiciary on the protection of children from all forms of violence

| The consultancy aims to support the justice sector in Uzbekistan by developing specialized training materials for an in-service course tailored to criminal court judges. These materials will focus on the practical implementation of the 2023 legislative reforms related to the protection of children from sexual violence and exploitation, including the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On the Protection of Children from All Forms of Violence.” In addition to creating the modules, the consultancy will build the capacity of a selected group of judges through targeted training sessions. The finalized materials will also be prepared for integration into the curriculum of the Judicial Academy under the Supreme Judicial Council, ensuring long-term sustainability and institutional adoption. |
