| The United Nations Children’s Fund in Cambodia is looking for a Cambodian national consultant to provide technical and operational support to MOH’s DPHI, Department of Digital Health (DDH), and NIP, for the effective implementation, coordination, and sustainability planning of the phase 2 roll-out of Health Management Information System (HMIS) using DHIS2 platform, alongside targeted enhancements to complementary digital health tools, including for immunization. Specifically, the consultant will:
• Oversee and ensure the successful migration and implementation of HMIS using DHIS2 platform.
• Strengthen the capacity of government counterparts in digital health, with a specific focus on the management of HMIS on DHIS2 platform.
• Design and deploy digital health solutions to support the immunization program and other priority health initiatives.

| The Consultant will support UNICEF’s Risk Management in Programming and Safeguarding (RMPS) Unit in strengthening the organization’s approach to the rights of Indigenous peoples, inclusive of indigenous children, within its social and environmental safeguarding framework. This includes assessing and revising corporate policies, procedures, and programming tools to ensure alignment with Indigenous Peoples’ rights and donor requirements (e.g., GCF, WB), developing targeted guidance and knowledge products, and delivering specialized training to regional and country offices. The consultant will also provide technical assistance to country offices, facilitate internal coordination, and support strategic engagement with Indigenous Peoples’ organizations, and donors. |
