| The Community Engagement consultant will work in close collaboration with a Researcher Consultant to support a rapid needs assessment aimed at understanding migration experience of Bangladeshi UASC, identifying key protection risks and provide evidence-based recommendations to inform policy responses. More specifically, the consultant will carry out 1) the search and translation of relevant sources informing the initial desk review as per the researcher’s guidance; 2) the review of methodology and tools aimed at community engagement; 3) the reach out of key informants who will participate in interviews; 4) the cultural and linguistic mediation of focus group discussions with Bangladeshi youth; 5) the review of the rapid needs assessment-related materials. |
